A single-level course which specifically develops the basic Italian language skills needed for anyone planning to travel in Italy or work in the Italian tourist industry.

Based around the work of a travel agency, the course focuses on improving pronunciation and conversational skills and comprises 11 teaching units which involve the student in organising trips, arranging accommodation and guided tours as well as completing administrative tasks (telephone calls, correspondence etc.)

Transcripts of the dialogues and an answer key to the exercises are provided at the back of the book to accommodate both classroom based learning and self-study needs.
