The London Library located in Piccadilly, is the world’s largest independent lending library. Founded in 1841, today it houses a remarkable collection of over one million books and periodicals, in over 50 languages. With particular riches in the French, German, Spanish, Italian, and Russian collections, The Library provides a wealth of European literature to borrow and enjoy at your leisure. Membership is open to all.
The Scuola Italiana is a full time Italian bilingual Nursery and Primary School in London. The school offers a bilingual and bicultural curriculum for children aged between 3 and 10, and gives children the opportunity to either continue their education in a mainstream school in England or move back into the Italian system.

Royal Academy of Arts In 2009, the Royal Academy of Arts will present an exhibition to celebrate the quincentenary of the birth of Andrea Palladio (1508 - 1580). Palladio was not only one of the greatest Italian architects; he was also a practitioner whose work has continued to resonate down five centuries. Active in Vicenza, Venice and the Veneto region, he crafted a new architectural language derived from classical sources yet shaped to fulfill the functional demands and aesthetic aspirations of his own age.
Club Italiano per bambini - weekly 1 hour classes, normally at lunchtime or after school, for children from 3 to 10 preferably with an italian background. Class size varies from 5 to 12 children. The lessons are planned to suit the children's age group.
Club italiano per adulti weekly classes lasting 1 to 2 hours. Class size: 8 to 12 adults. Aims: to communicate effectively with native speakers, and to develop reading and writing using authentic Italian books, magazines and films. The "communicative" method is used, with the emphasis on the speaking skills.
ICI The Italian Cultural Institute is the official Italian government agency for the promotion of cultural exchanges between Great Britain and Italy.

The Accademia Lingua Italiana Assisi organizes year round Italian language and culture courses in this beautiful medieval town. It is a centre for the CILS exams, and its courses are recognised by the Università per Stranieri di Siena.
