He now lives between Mordano (in the province of Bologna) and San Marino, although he travels a lot within Italy and abroad, taking part in literary events. He is also a lecturer in creative studies at the Holden and Baricco schools as well as in a prison in Padova, and a regular collaborator to various newspapers and magazines ("Sabato Sera", "Il Manifesto", "il Messaggero", "L'Europeo"). He coordinates a review on the internet, "Incubatoio 16", plays in a post-punk band named "Progetto K", adores jazz, and writes scenarios for comic strips.
